RETURNS

JC Jewelers values its customers.  We sell only the finest pieces in the industry.  Unfortunately, because our pieces may be one-of-a-kind, we are unable to accept returns, so all sales will be considered final at checkout.  However, we will honor your purchase with an exchange or credit of equal value (after we have inspected the piece).  See our policy below.

Do you provide delivery service?

 

After purchase, delivery is provided by USPS, or overnight courier service.  Shipping rates will vary depending on value of item.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.  Exchanges are only within 10 business days of purchase date.  Jewelry piece must be inspected before exchange is given.  

How do I return an item?

 

Customer is solely responsible for all returns or exchanges.  Jewelry piece must be insured for transportation and delivery to ensure arrival to store.
